Custom Orders & Design Approval
All products sold by K Skylar Designs are custom-made based on the details provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information—including names, colors, sizes, and photos—is accurate at the time of purchase.
A design proof will be provided for approval prior to production.
Once the design is approved, the order will move into production and no further changes can be made.
All custom orders include up to two (2) revisions. A revision is defined as any request to change elements such as text, colors, images, or layout after the initial proof is delivered.
Additional revisions beyond the included two (2) will incur a $10 fee per revision.
Once a design is approved, the customer has up to 60 minutes to request a change. After 60 minutes, the approval is considered final, and the order will proceed into production.
Processing & Production
All orders require a processing time of 5–7 business days after design approval before shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, vendor timelines, or complexity of the design.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are separate from processing times and are determined by the carrier at checkout.
K Skylar Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen delivery issues.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds.
If an error occurs on our end, we will remake or exchange the item accordingly.
Limitation of Responsibility
K Skylar Designs is not responsible for:
- Errors submitted by the customer
- Low-quality images provided for printing
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Minor variations in color due to screen differences or printing processes
All items are custom made to order; therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and any errors on our end will be corrected through a remake. Customers are responsible for return shipping if an item must be sent back.
