Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All items are custom made to order and personalized based on the details provided at checkout.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds

All custom orders include up to two (2) revisions. A revision is defined as any request to change elements such as text, colors, images, or layout after the initial proof is delivered.

Additional revisions beyond the included two (2) will incur a $10 fee per revision.

Once a design is approved, the customer has up to 60 minutes to request a change. After 60 minutes, the approval is considered final, and the order will proceed into production.

No changes can be made once production has begun.

Exchanges & Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end (such as incorrect design, print, or item), we will gladly remake or exchange the item at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Non-Eligible Issues

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, including:

  • Misspelled names
  • Incorrect sizes selected
  • Wrong colors or design choices
  • Low-quality or incorrect photo uploads

Orders are created exactly as submitted and approved.

Additional Notes

  • Exchanges are only approved for items with confirmed errors on our end
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
